In-Line Fuel Filtration
From personal watercraft to agricultural equipment, Racor in-line filters are designed to protect fuel pumps,
carburetors, injectors and related fuel system components. We offer a complete range of disposable and
cleanable in-line filters and prescreen products that work for diesel and gasoline applications.
CCV Operation
• CCV systems operate by filtering contaminants and coalescing oil mist from crankcase gases. The crankcase breather hose is connected to the 3/4" inlet hose barb of the CCV assembly. The connection at the engine can be positioned at the valve cover or crankcase.
• Filtered air from the CCV assembly is plumbed to the air intake system between the air filter and turbocharger.
• Coalesced oil drains from the filter sump to an external drain. A check valve holds oil in the line until it is released to the oil pan via a hose connection.
• The pressure regulating valve protects the engine from excessive crankcase vacuum.
The only routine maintenance required for the Racor Closed Crankcase Ventilation filter system is filter replacement. Typical service life of the high-performance filter in diesel applications is 750 hours. Some variations in service life occur depending on load profile, engine wear condition, flow, aerosol mass concentration of crankcase emissions, and soot concentration
Racor Fuel Filter Funnel
Applications
For filtering fuels such as gasoline ordiesel. Widely used as a means to pre-filter while fueling.
Products
The Racor Fuel Filter Funnel (RFF)family is a new heavy-duty, fast-flow,filter-in-a-funnel that separates damagingfree water and contaminates fromgasoline, diesel, heating oil, andkerosene
The new RFF family of products arecapable of removing free water andsolids down to .005 or .003 inch andallows you to visually inspect the integrityof your fuel supply as you refuel.
Dirt and water are practically unavoidablein stored fuel, causing microbial growth, corrosive acids, electrolysis, and rust. These contaminants can plug filters, corrode components, decrease efficientcombustion, and can cause engineshutdown or system failure.
You can combat these problems byrefueling with the RFF. Every time youtransfer fuel from one container toanother you should pass it through anRFF system.
The RFF family is manufactured usingindustrial grade black electroconductive polypropylene. Carbonpowder is injected into the plastic so thatthe RFF will conduct static electricity. The bonding or grounding capability ofthe RFF is an important safety feature.Always use proper fuel handlingprocedures and follow local state andfederal regulations.

Aqua Sock AQ12 Fuel Tank Water Remover 12oz
The Aqua Sock AQ12 is the simple solution to removing water from your fuel tank, whether it's an onboard fuel tank, static refuelling tank, fuel bowser, or even a central heating fuel.
- Simply remove the AquaSock from it's packaging.
- Secure the string tightly to the eyelet.
- Find the best access hole to the bottom of the tank, avoiding sharp edges!
- Do not put AquaSock AQ12 in a hole of less than 35mm (1-3/8", 1.375")

(Do not let it sit in the tank for more than 72 hours) - Remove the Aqua Sock from the tank and dispose of according to local laws.
- Start the engine and check the filter for water.
- Each AQ12 Aqua Sock will take out up to 12 ounces of water in one go, ideal for regular treatment. If you have a lot of water in the tank, it may take more than one AquaSock or an alternative method to remove it.
The technology that powers the AquaSock is a special water-removing chemical that is contained in a weighted, sock-like bag. The bag has been designed to be inserted into the fuel tank via an access plate (located on the fuel tank) or the fuel gauge sender. The sock will come to rest on the tank bottom where water collects when the boat is not in motion. After 24 hours, the AquaSock will complete its job. Just use the retrieval string provided to remove the gel filled sock.
